These experiences laid a solid foundation for my entrepreneurial journey and deepened my understanding of how marketing connects with broader business objectives.In Shanghai, I co-founded Paradigm Fitness with my husband—a venture centered around corporate training and coaching. This startup focused on helping teams and individuals cultivate toughness, discipline, and endurance. Through this experience, I learned firsthand what it takes to run a startup: balancing vision with execution, overcoming challenges with resilience, and managing every detail of operations, from strategy to client engagement.In 2019, I returned to Image3D, our family business, full-time. My journey with Image3D began much earlier—I started at the bottom of the company and worked my way up to Co-President. Throughout my tenure, I shaped the company’s marketing and sales strategies, ensuring they align with our broader vision. Additionally, I’ve played a key role in crafting and executing the overall company strategy, combining operational insight with innovative thinking. My experience across different functions has given me a 360-degree view of the business, allowing me to make informed decisions that drive growth and innovation.Today, I split my time between Lisbon, Portugal, and Portland, Oregon, continuing to build upon my global perspective.I approach marketing with a CEO’s mindset—understanding it not as an isolated function, but as one integral part of the company’s ecosystem.
