The Raleigh office was our first physical location expansion outside of the West Coast office. I played a key role in getting the office setup + staffed. Responsibilities included: - POC 🗣: Primary point of communication for all things Raleigh office (internally and externally); managed relationships with vendors, property managers, contractors, etc.- People Management (HRish) 🤍: compliance, performance conversations, happiness chats + check-ins, communication of company efforts, supporting culture development, overall support to our company as a whole- Office Finder 👀: finding realtor, touring offices, negotiating contract rates and terms, coordinating move from coworking space to private office, sourcing/purchasing all furniture, appliances and decor - Office Vibe Creator ✨: keep the office stocked with all the things -- supplies, snacks, drinks, catered lunches, seasonal decorations, cleanliness, etc. Biggest goal is to make sure our team is comfy and that our office is a place they want to be!- Front Door Greeter 👋🏻: Onboarded new hires in person + remote- Hostest with the Mostest 🤝: Coordinate travel and accommodations for visiting squad members. Provide itinerary for daily schedule, optional activities and team bonding events as well as points of interest in the local area- Planner Extraordinaire 🥳 : birthdays, new hire welcomes, team outings, happy hours, special events, volunteer opportunities - you name it, I plan it- Supported Recruiting Efforts: recruited locally by networking with local agencies and learning about local norms and expectations
