As Executive Director, I will be responsible for building out Methodify's client development team and collaborating with researchers enable their insights and future proof their business. In this role I planned, designed, and implemented 7 new major corporate events and sponsorships, domestically and internationally, for the confection business unit, which had recently been acquired. For each event, I was responsible for all logistics, transportation, budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, lodging, contract negotiations, stakeholder/VIP management, and event scheduling. I personally managed planning budgets of over $1Million per event. I led a team of three planners each leading their own events, totaling upwards of $5M in budget spend. I recieved several awards during my tenure for innovative planning and team oriented successes.

As a sales manager for a boutique downtown hotel, I delivered market share increase of 60% within one year. Through aggressive cold calling, consultative selling, and initiating promotional concepts, I managed the development of a strong customer base with upgraded client satisfaction and retention. I exceeded all quotas with annual volume of over $800,000.00 in the SMERF market and $400,000.00 in the architecture / construction markets. I consistently developed strong customer relationships with partners and executive decision makers within national and Fortune 1000 businesses.
