My career has spanned several different industries from sales to higher eduction to customer advocate. In each field I have engaged my love for meeting new people, problem solving, research, and matching people with services or products that meet their needs. In each customer centric role my focus is to put the customer first by implementing company values and working to exceed expectations. In product centric roles my focus has been an individual contributor within a team environment, meeting both personal and team metrics. Some of my experience has included consultative conversations, following up on leads, closing sales, analyzing degree plans, and building rapport to maintain retention. I have made public presentations, organized recruiting events, edited legal documents, and spearheaded a marketing campaign to breath new life into outdated marketing material with the goal of increasing new student enrollment. I hold an SIE series 6 and a series 63 as well as a health and life insurance license.I have worked with several operating systems unique to their fields including;- XTRAC- Imaging- ProofPlus- FocusPoint- Various point of sales terminals- Microsoft Office and ExcelOutside of work I'm an avid reader and have volunteered as CASA worker serving foster kids in Tarrant County. When the weather is nice it's hard to catch me inside. I love to hike or just spend time out by the water.
