This is a "clinic on wheels" that travels to the outlying Ho-Chunk communities where there is limited access to health care through the Indian Health Service. The Mobile Clinic offers well-child exams, sport physicals, ill-child visits, immunizations, labs, prescriptions for medications as needed, and patient education to patients birth-19 years. Patients are Ho-Chunk tribal members, Native American or descendants, or children of employees.
