CSI (Cannabis Safety Institute) is a not-for-profit organization run by an Advisory Board of scientists, doctors, and regulatory experts committed to providing the rigorous scientific data and expertise necessary to ensure regulators are appropriately informed when drafting regulations for the Cannabis industry.My roles in the CSI included: coordinating, directing, and editing white papers; administrative and business management; public relations; and community & regulatory outreach.

What started out as a temp EA position quickly escalated with a series of promotions into a successful position in Office Management, then Business Development, then Implementation Management, and finally to Project & Account Management for our top tier clients. • In my first year as a Business Development Exec, I helped grow the company over 200%. • As an Implementation Manager, I pioneered a new strategy for process improvement which has become the standard implementation method for the growing Implementation Team. • As a Project and Account Manager, I built and maintained rapport with our largest clients, providing them with solid assurance to renew contracts and purchase additional products from the company. Throughout my tenure with Access Softek, I managed development projects; wrote and maintained critical product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and deployment plans; provided product trainings on and off-site; trained, mentored and supervised new employees; led recruitment efforts; organized and managed tech resources and deployment efforts; managed video production processes; provided direct sales; provided technical resources to the Sales Team; developed and executed marketing strategies and collateral to support sales; and developed and provided presentations and product demonstrations at industry events.
