I prepared therapeutic meals for residents at Glenbrook Health Center. By paying critical attention to each dining ticket and dietary restriction, I worked with fellow Diet Aides and cooks to ensure each resident received the proper meal.Additionally, I met with the residents to discuss their meal preferences. I input their choices in a computer program, and then prepared the meal tickets for the following day.

Bake Shop

I worked part-time in an institutional food service facility at Cal Poly. I worked with professional pastry chefs to provide pastries and baked goods for approximately 20,000 students and faculty. As Student Team Lead, I was responsible for training and directing the student employees and communicating their needs to the Head Pastry Chef.
