This happens in a variety ways: coaching, manager training, organizational design, facilitating conversations that lead to change, helping teams create and install new processes that create more clarity and efficiency, co-creating organizational identity (Mission, Vision, Values), and hiring.

We exist to help activate women to see, engage, and respond to the needs of other women in their communities.As co-founder, I frequently meet with leaders from local non-profit organizations to learn about their services and discuss partnership opportunities.
