Vice President Of Marketing & Communication
Current• Create and implement the company's strategic growth initiatives• Maintain accountability of all departments to ensure forward momentum with regard to strategic initiatives and the company's growth plan• Identify, cultivate and grow new business opportunities and relationships• Define, build and implement Houck’s marketing communications and PR initiatives• Develop and coordinate Houck’s online and offline marketing programs, social media, content development and analytics• Represent and manage Houck’s image by means of special events, expos, networking opportunities, advertising and social media• Create, maintain and increase Houck’s brand awareness• Organize the preparation of proposals, presentations and information packets using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs and reports• Provide on-site photography of projects and jobs in order to build Houck’s photo library for use in marketing materials and project proposals• Prepare status reports on marketing efforts• Oversee Houck’s image and brand standardization company-wide• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach a specific audience for the purpose of acquiring new business • Compile, format and manage summary reports from department heads• Design, write and manage the creation of all marketing collateral and advertisements• Provide support to maintain and build existing client relationships while generating new ones
