Captain the rapidly-evolving AI user experience at NielsenIQ, working to ensure a human-focused design that solves real problems through consistent user research and close client relationships. Lead the Global Platform user experience, establishing consistent major patterns in data visualization, data selection, navigation, notifications, messaging, help and guidance, etc. across our product suite. Manage a design team contributing deliverables in these verticals across four countries.

Manage a team of 6 designers within a cross-functional Agile Release Train (ART) for our flagship product; oversee end-to-end design for ART features, from problem mapping to high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate with leaders in Product, Tech, and PMO to refine, sequence, QA, and deliver work.Lead visual design, strategy, adoption, contribution, and governance for a developing centralized design system across our product suite. Direct the construction of components across our federated team of 18 designers.

Collaborate with Product and Tech to ship features for the flagship product. Facilitate product discovery, problem framing, ideation, and consolidation of requirements for features. Shepherd designs from ideation through task flows, journey maps, wireframes, and finally into high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. Prepare and annotate designs for handoff, and collaborate with the teams to make sure designs are understood and implemented accurately. Conduct user research to validate and test concepts and designs. Utilize and contribute to the company-wide design system

- Design, develop, and launch custom responsive Wordpress websites using Figma and Elementor- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to create an MVP business plan, sitemap, user personas, and user flows - Create new visual identities and style guides
