This includes ensuring that WWS initiatives align with the broader biosurveillance (BSV) objectives of the DoD, ultimately improving preparedness and response capabilities. I support a diverse portfolio of WWS projects in the DoD, developing actionable plans and monitoring milestones to ensure timely execution while mitigating risks. Additionally, I coordinate with stakeholders across the DoD, other government agencies, and public health organizations both domestically and internationally to promote effective collaboration and data sharing.

The Biosurveillance Program (BSV-p) is a DoD initiative designed to enhance national security and public health by integrating systems to monitor and analyze biological threats. Central to this effort is the Biosurveillance Holistic Visualization Engine (Bio-HIVE), an advanced IT platform that serves as a hub for collecting, processing, and sharing data on biological, environmental, and chemical threats. By leveraging advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, Bio-HIVE enables the detection of anomalies, trends, and patterns that may indicate potential threats.
