I have been involved from Design Development through partial Construction Documentation. 135 Broadway, Kendall Square, Phase 1 – Boston Properties 300,000 sf of new core and shell office building over an existing parking garage. Pei & Partners I was responsible for the project management of the new locker rooms and conference center.Building for the Future, Boston, MA 620,000 sf of a LEED Gold new research and clinic building for the Bringham and Women’s Hospital. I was focused on the parking garage geometries and documentation. I coordinated with consultants and facility users. I taught a second semester undergraduate design studio focused on the human body within space. The projects varied from an object, to an inhabited wall, to an event space; each building on the previous in terms of the scaled relationship to the human body and the interaction of the human body with and within the design.Students gained an understanding of how the space we inhabit affects us and how we affect the space we inhabit.

I was responsible for the interior planning and design and led initial design reviews with the owner and user groups. I was involved in the interview preparation and presentation, benchmarking, planning, and schematic design.Edens’ Bishops Corner, West Hartford, CT This project consisted of phased design and construction of 126,935 sf of mixed-use development including office, retail and restaurant spaces. I was responsible for coordination and documentation of the project. I was involved from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.LEGO Headquarters, Enfield, CT This project consisted of a 125,000 SF renovation of an existing manufacturing plant into the new headquarters for LEGO. My main focus was working with the workplace design team exploring different types of work spaces, the conference center and coffee break stations. I led two discussion sections for a lecture where we discussed weekly readings and developed four design projects throughout the semester.Students received an introductory understanding of the field and the profession of architecture by exploring and examining the visual, cultural, historical, and philosophical aspects of the built environment.
