Supervise L’Oreal live shop’s execution to succeed with brand’s campaign plan

1. Supervise end-to-end livestream technicals operations to aligned with L’Oreal brands campaigns strategy2. Managed training sessions consist of 20s people to operate streaming software (OBS), video production equipments, and live shop platfom such as TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and Instagram3. Supervise around 10 live operators to ensure smooth live shop setups and campaign execution while do working shift4. Responsible in deliver weekly to monthly live performance report providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns5. Conducted research to develop training modules related to live shop technicals operations strategy

As an intern for the Live Streaming Planning team at Blessd, I am responsible for managing the daily live streaming schedule. My duties include setting up the creative lab, operating and monitoring live streams, using promotional tools to boost visibility, and managing alert systems for beauty brands streaming on various e-commerce platforms. Additionally, I am in charge of hosting live shops and creating content to enhance the live-streaming experience.

As a Creative Copywriter Intern in the Creative Team of the Scarlet business unit, I actively participated in the creative ideation process for developing the brand's digital campaigns for Astra International, Men's Biore, and Lifebuoy's Shampoo.

ITDRI's role in yielding digital talent is at the hand of managing learning, research, and innovation products approved by KBUMN plus supported by Telkom. Thus, individuals and organizations who desire to enhance their digital capabilities will be supported by-products that can boost individual agility, simplify organization performance, enrich the customer experience, as well discover new revenue opportunities.1. Responsible for composing Product Catalogues by determining product pain points to generate business solutions for over 10 Pentahelix Business Partners (such as Smarteye, OCA, etc.) while working directly with the Product Management unit.2. Collaborate in reconstructing the company's main website (itdri.id), gaining 175% engagement of the first visitor.3. Initiated and managed ITDRI’s website copywriting and content.4. Led a team of 11 people for the ITDRI gamification project "ITDRI Multiverse" in the UX Writing Division, successfully developing the creative journey into copywriting and content writing that engaged over 400 participants.

Laboratory Assistant was an opportunity to learn and implement deeper about managing social media and event management. Usually, I contribute to the plan and create social media content.
