As a Principal of a sales compensation design, communication, and administrative services consulting firm, I worked with clients of all sizes and industries, across the globe. Engagements included managing the development and implementation of sales incentive plans for the 1,500 person sales force of a $9 billion B2B cable TV, internet and voice provider, and an on-site project in Beijing and Thailand for the Chinese, Thai and Korean sales forces of a publicly traded mining/manufacturing company. As Cygnal's Transportation & Logistics Practice leader I developed a specialization working with 3PL, Asset and Non-Asset based trucking, logistics and brokerage companies ranging in size from $10m to >$1b in annual revenue.

While at Towers I worked in the Sales Force Effectiveness and Sales Force Reward Practices completing engagements for organizations in the banking, manufacturing, insurance, and software industries. I developed a particular specialization working with commercial bankers to develop plans for their customer relationship managers, FX traders, leasing specialists and private client groups. While at Towers I completed my first transportation & logistics project...which ultimately launched Prosperio Group.

Managed Accounts Receivable and Billing for > 100 attorneys. Developed automated invoice processing using Lotus 123 macros linking to AS400 accounting system (yes, this was awhile ago). While working at this position I was also attending the evening business school program at Kellogg.
