I currently support TI's Board of Directors, providing proactive, strategic advise to the board and management on all governance matters, including board composition, shareholder proposals, director and executive compensation, and board and committee structure. I lead of team of governance professionals responsible for the successful planning and execution of board committee meetings and participate in non-financial/ESG-related investor engagement matters.I also have significant experience counseling Human Resources professionals on a variety of issues, such as HR practices; performance management; separation agreements; employment law claims (discrimination, harassment, and retaliation); disability, FMLA, leaves of absence, ADA, and reasonable accommodations; discipline and terminations; recruiting and hiring; and state and federal employment administrative complaints, investigations, and audits. In private practice, I represented both individuals and corporations in complex business disputes throughout the United States, including employee mobility issues and workplace disputes; employment discrimination claims; wage and hour disputes (particularly collective action claims); and trade secret and intellectual property disputes.
