A highly focused, niche consulting service, I provided management solutions, from sustainable outsourcing to LEED APPA audits to Chemical-Free cleaning consulting to performance measurement and management. Manage all aspects of the business, from marketing and sales to client management, in-house software design and development, new project management, and account manager management. With 17 years of experience of analysis and design of measurement metrics and systems for multimillion-dollar companies across diverse industries, I am an expert in the field of sustainable cleaning systems. I also managed the NSU Chemical-Free Cleaning Expo, the first of its kind in the industry.I wrote articles, case studies, and presentations for national publications, newsletters, and conferences on practical, proven application of green environmental health concepts.

I've had extensive experience with a volunteer board crucial to day-to-day operations. I'm an avid advocate for the reform of public education. It is difficult but highly rewarding work, and I see the many parallels and overlaps between education and sustainability advocacy.

Areas included VIP rooms, labor & delivery, maternity ward, NICU, PICU, oncology, and pediatric floors. Managed multilingual staff and customer satisfaction for VIPs.Interim Training Manager Developed training materials, conducted one-on-one training, and managed documentation process to bring accounts to compliance with company and OSHA policies.

Managed all operations at this 246-bed for-profit hospital. Responsibilities included managing 3 shifts, approximately 120 staff members and 2 supervisors, and 6 off-campus buildings, including a surgery center and a cancer treatment center. Recruited, hired, trained and disciplined all FMH-employed staff in conjunction with Human Resources.
