Sac Secretary
Current-Serving as the acting secretary for the Special Agent in Charge, Intelligence Division- Responsible for coordinating and inputting scheduled items and meetings into the calendars of the Special Agent in Charge, two Assistant Special Agents in Charge, and three Senior Supervisory Intelligence Analysts for the Intelligence Division.- Responsible for sending invitations to attendees.- Prepared documents and presentations for meetings.- Answered phones and received visitors.- Coordinated travel arrangements for SAC/ASACs and SSIAs, to include flights, hotels, and cars upon arrival. - Handled reimbursements for travel and case expenses for the branch squads. - Attended meetings, recorded notes, transcribed and disseminated to attendees.- Reviewed incoming correspondence and distributed appropriately.- Crafted Electronic Communications for review and signature using specialized internal systems.- Maintained Administrative files.- Uploaded and serialized documents into files.- Point of contact for scheduling events, teleconferences, and events for the Intelligence Division Conference Room.- Coordinated the recall and deployment of government property.- Served as Master Supervisor and Subject Matter Expert for WebTA timekeeping system and a contact for employees with timekeeping issues to contact for assistance- Ensured time and attendance were entered by present deadlines.- Entered PARs and Plans to the performance appraisal system.-Prepared and updated the Intelligence Division's roster of Confidential Human Sources.-Processed awards for the Intelligence Division's five branches.-Prepared the weekly reports for the SAC's briefings on behalf of the Branch I ASAC.-Processed incoming personnel.-Attended the Director's weekly video teleconference, and provided minutes to the Division.
