• Establish, lead, and grow the entertainment practice for a boutique, full-service intellectual property law firm specializing in copyrights, trademark, patent, and IP litigation for creatives and investors • Counsel record label executives through the acquisition and administration of intellectual property in the music industry, including recording contracts with artists, publishing agreements with songwriters and producers, investment agreements, and various professional services contracts• Guide an executive chef through the vetting and negotiation of an offer to invest in the co-ownership a joint restaurant and live performance venue• Prosecute, defend, monitor, and advise the domestic and international trademark catalogs for a large restaurant investment group, a billion-dollar software company, and a multinational accounting firm
