Since I took my very first marketing class way back in high school, I have loved marketing. Fast forward more than 35 years and I am still doing what I love. I have had many roles in marketing and business development. Over the years marketing and business development has certainly changed and I have kept up to date on the new marketing strategies and tactics. But, one thing that hasn't changed is the importance of providing great customer experiences that fosters loyal relationships and endless referrals. No one can be an expert at every type of marketing. With my extensive experience I know a little bit about everything (think generalist). I do however classify myself an expert at relationship and referral marketing (i.e. customer experience). You can spend an enormous amount of money on marketing, but if you don't provide a great customer experience, all that money will be wasted. Without a great customer experience you will not get repeat business or referrals - it really IS that simple!I teach my clients how to build and foster long-term, loyal relationships that will generate repeat business and referrals. Both my organizations, The Voice Customer Experience and SHE Leads Group allow me to share my gifts with others. SHARING MY GIFTS IS WHAT I LOVE TO DO:* I consider myself an excellent networker because I go into networking looking to help others, versus looking at it as a way to sell.* Because I have been networking in the Denver metro market for over 17 years, I have a very large sphere of influence.
