Since I took my very first marketing class way back in high school, I have loved marketing. Fast forward more than 35 years and I am still doing what I love. I have had many roles in marketing and business development. Over the years marketing and business development has certainly changed and I have kept up to date on the new marketing strategies and tactics. But, one thing that hasn't changed is the importance of providing great customer experiences that fosters loyal relationships and endless referrals. No one can be an expert at every type of marketing. With my extensive experience I know a little bit about everything (think generalist). I do however classify myself an expert at relationship and referral marketing (i.e. customer experience). You can spend an enormous amount of money on marketing, but if you don't provide a great customer experience, all that money will be wasted. Without a great customer experience you will not get repeat business or referrals - it really IS that simple!I teach my clients how to build and foster long-term, loyal relationships that will generate repeat business and referrals. Both my organizations, The Voice Customer Experience and SHE Leads Group allow me to share my gifts with others. Finding other people quality connections really gives me joy.* Throughout my corporate career and in my own business, I have always been an excellent trainer. In my corporate career, my supervisors always recognized me as the stand-out employee who was able to teach new hires. I love providing the soft skills training that most entrepreneurs don't have, and knowing how much it will help them grow their business is very rewarding.* Throughout my corporate career, I had many positions that required producing small to large scale events.
