Data entry - both adding and verifying of carrier invoices for various clients from Badger Meter to Northsafe in a timely and very accurate manner. I have very low errors and have improved the process for a couple of accounts. One carrier was constantly sending backup for invoices that was totally unreadable and showed my supervisor and she contacted the carrier and from then on the backup was sent clear as a bell. Another carrier sent on a regular basis invoices with no backup or invoices that were blank and I talked with supervisor and Customer Service and they contacted the carrier to clear up this issue as well. It has made it easier to train other people on my accounts when problems are resolved.

I finished a Data Entry job at DataStore entering very confidential information and they liked me and if needed back would ask me by name. I was extremely accurate which was of greater importance than speed. The people were great which boosted up my self confidence and improved the quality of my work. I worked in the Mailroom postaging and sending out regular, certified and UPS mail. Pickup and delivery of mail, assembled insurance policies and mailed out. Scanned, filed, purged files, and reception work. I worked as a backup/relief receptionist on a multi-line I/P based phone system, greeted visitors, clients, vendors, and made them feel very comfortable and made sure they saw who they came to see, paging at times when necessary. Screened calls and transfered calls up to 100, 150 calls a day. I learned the new phone system extremely quickly and was able to help people who had issues using the new system
