With over 10 years of experience in the dental industry, I am a passionate and skilled Early Careers Resourcer at mydentist, the UK's largest network of dental practices. I leverage my management and data analysis skills to identify, attract, and engage with the best dental talent in the country, and to support the growth and development of the early careers programs. I also hold a Dental Nurse qualification, which gives me a deep understanding of the dental field and the needs and expectations of the candidates and the practices. Previously, I worked as a Lead Dental Nurse at Portman Dental Care, and as a Practice Manager at Station Square Dental Centre, where I gained valuable experience in delivering high-quality dental care, managing daily operations, and leading teams of dental professionals. I am currently pursuing two bachelor's degrees in Health Science and Business Administration and Management, to further enhance my knowledge and competencies in the health and business sectors.
