Each role provided the opportunity to assume more responsibility, from small projects to large, multi-process, multi-organization, multi-technology projects.From early on in career, learned about and researched emerging technology and processes to determine their applicability to the company. Participated in or led teams to successfully implement the new direction. Each opportunity was a building block for future, more challenging tasks.Experience included outsourcing the company's HR administrative services and associated IT systems to one HR outsourcing vendor. Provided project oversight from the assessment phase through the RFP, contract negotiation and implementation phases.Managed projects both from an IT perspective as well as a business perspective. Human Resources (HR) is the primary business area supported.
