Business technology leader, responsible for CxO / SVP relationships, overall business satisfaction and communications, the development of a strategic technology plan and roadmap, portfolio prioritization and management, cross-functional facilitation, IT budgets and investments.• Managed and grew capabilities for asset analytics and characterization of >5 Million assets, resulting in more targeted sales, and improved identification/valuation of acquisition targets. • Led analytic efforts resulting in >$2M annual savings in total costs for patent annuities. Created business intelligence, knowledge management and data management practices, standardizing processes, data, taxonomies, and enterprise ontologies. • Led development and executive approval of a multi-year cloud based enterprise technology roadmap, including data strategy and architecture, ultimately building and leading a team of Agile project business owners, developers and architects.

In this role, I led cross-functional development of strategic plans, technology investment decisions, and execution against those investments. I actively managed a team of program and product managers working with architects, analysts, developers, engineers and business groups to deliver solutions for internal partners and customers.
