I am an experienced director and instructor in the field of adult education and workforce development, and currently oversee multiple workforce development initiatives within several of Boston's major hospitals and restaurants. I work with those employers to create individualized services that develop and support their employees. I feel passionate about assisting adults to reach their full potential. I strive to think of solutions, fostering creativity in myself and others, while at the same time maintaining an order and structure that allows for smooth operations and effective results.I enjoy the study of linguistics and foreign languages and am also an ardent lover of history, art, music, and good food.
