Leveraging my extensive leadership and project management experience, I’m in charge of overall student operations and compliance. It’s my job to supervise the Registrar's office and hold full accountability for all student records, including registration, transcripts, scheduling, and compliance. I provide cross-functional management with responsibility over compliance reviews and audits, financial aid policies, audit and support, and internal and external reporting. I’m very proud of my efforts to improve financial aid functions, apply formal budgeting, and reporting systems to measure and communicate performance results internally to the board of trustees. Expanding on my role as a senior director, I assumed responsibility for the university’s Registrar’s office and related administrative functions. I was in charge of a team of 24 and was responsible for oversight of administrative processes, student accounts, university compliance and the university’s federal financial aid program. I played a key role in the design and implementation of a new university model leading to increased efficiency and reduced operational costs.
