Acquisition - U65 Campaign ManagerFlorida Blue Aug 2011 - Jul 2013Jacksonville, Florida AreaFrom the test design to the creative brief to editing concepts to product/brand/legal review to laser proofs for direct mail and the market/station matrix for DRTV…my job was to get direct mail in homes and DRTV on air (on time and on budget) so people would purchase Florida Blue's health care solutions every quarter. To achieve this, I created and managed project-planning documents like the test design, communication plans (made sure the agency’s creative brief was in tune with our segmentation goals), campaign budgets (made sure they were on par with the tactical plan), and ROI documentation (reviewed the analysis). Communication vehicles included direct mail, email, outbound calls, landing pages, banner ads, DRTV, etc. Worked with other colleagues to ensure that campaigns were set-up from an infrastructure standpoint to capture keycodes for tracking, and phone numbers & URL’s were programmed correctly for responses. Identified deliverables, tasks, resources (internal and external) needed to meet established deadlines to support corporate sales goals. Performed risk assessment to identify barriers that would impede achieving performance criteria. And coordinated and aligned resources to meet campaign goals and requirements. -
Member Communications - Program ManagerBlue Cross And Blue Shield Of Florida May 2010 - Aug 2011Jacksonville, Florida AreaCreated, maintained and customized the marketing kit for BlueRewards - a wellness incentive pilot program that Florida Blue offered to mid-size and large groups across Florida. It rewarded employees for healthier choices by giving them the opportunity to earn points for pre-determined activities…points they can cash in for gift cards, time off or discounts on their health spending accounts – just to name a few. Coordinated everything from concept to production for the program and each group. The marketing kit gives benefit administrators everything they needed to communicate BlueRewards to their employees (quick start guide, digital artwork, printed samples, banner, emails, flyers, posters, brochures, banner ads, video, PowerPoint, etc.). I also built, tested and managed the email stream in SAS (Statistical Analysis Systems) for the mid-size groups. -
