I cut my teeth in the direct response marketing world helping non profit organizations grow their donor bases through innovative new donor acquisition strategies – actually starting the trend in the 90’s of using wallet flap envelopes in cable bill statements to raise money and gain new donors for rescue missions. Half my career spent in the traditional fundraising arena (direct mail, telemarketing, print and outdoor), and the second half applying direct response fundraising principles to the digital world we all live in.
