As a LoS Design Consultant, I led strategic projects that integrated LoS level CoE and Business Partnering agendas, focusing on tech-enabled learning environments and solutions. My role centered on balancing learner needs with business outcomes, ensuring practical and effective solutions through innovative use of technology and data.Key achievements included:1. Business Solutions Graduate Programme Induction:Designed, implemented, and evaluated the first Business Solutions Induction, aligning it with organisational goals and L&D best practices. Managed stakeholder relationships, ensuring buy-in from senior leaders, T,D&C CoE, subject matter experts, and Learning Experience. Leveraged technology to enhance programme effectiveness with learning libraries and webhooks, and created a flexible structure to meet various onboarding needs, optimising resource allocation and achieving delivery targets.2. Supporting a data-driven L&D strategy:Aggregated local activity data, created a data repository, and implemented data controls. This facilitated cross-functional collaboration and reduced duplication through dynamic data visualisation, shifting towards digitising the Book of Work and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) processes.3. Developed a Business Solutions L&D Google site:Replaced an outdated Knowledge Hub article with a dedicated Google site to elevate learner engagement. Used Apps Scripts to convert static slides into a dynamic, interactive tool, simplifying management and enhancing content delivery.

I supported the IWS Leadership Team in strategising, developing, and implementing evidence-based learning interventions that promoted continuous learning within our leadership framework and supported the delivery of our change portfolio.Key achievements included:1. Leading a learning technologies project that increased learner engagement by 863% in the first month of launching a new Learning Experience Platform. I focused on learner personalisation and added interactive elements to the reimagined Hub, encouraging learners to connect with content at the point of need and improving learning transfer by embedding learning in the flow of work.2. As part of a tech pilot, I created and implemented a local Learning Management System to respond to a skills analysis project. By developing an automated content categorisation, keyword, and tagging process, this project established a sustainable blueprint for other functions and significantly reduced the time required to process, visualise, and update future TNA data.3. Collaborating with Apps Script SMEs, I transformed a static content page into a fully interactive, searchable, and personalised learning library. This supported learners in accessing approximately 250 items of relevant content and automated the connections between the local LMS and Learning Experience Platform, resulting in a page impressions increase of over 1000% in the first month.4. As part of a change project team, I led the development of a role skill visualisation tool to communicate information about updated role profiles. This tool supported learners in identifying essential skills, closing learning gaps, and achieving their career goals.

After joining PwC in London I transferred to the Manchester office to join the Virtual Assistant Proof of Concept and provide maternity cover.
