I led digital strategy and manage Baystate Health’s digital team within Marketing & Communications. My role included overseeing large-scale web projects including redesigning baystatehealth.org, the health system’s digital front door. I provided digital strategy for healthcare marketing campaigns, including leading search engine optimization, user experience, audience segmentation and data-driven design, and content strategy. I also managed project budgets and contracts, vendor relationships, and cross-department collaboration, and wrote RFPs detailing project needs and goals.

I brought a sharp editorial eye and a passion for storytelling to all tasks, big and small. I provided editing for all written content on the lifeedu.us website, checking for grammar and spelling errors, formatting consistency, and overall content sense.

As an SCI/Americorps member, I created and edited content for MyFallRiver.org, a community web portal. I worked with United Neighbors to build connections within the Fall River community through integrated outreach efforts and web trainings, supported United Neighbors initiatives including community empowerment, family support and cultivation of peace, promoted civic engagement and community connection in the city of Fall River.

Maintained the UMass Dartmouth Online program portal, facilitated integral communication between the web team and academic departments, developed and made recommendations for new online program web pages, and helped to promote UMass Dartmouth Online programs through well-developed program web content.

As Community Outreach Coordinator, I developed relationships with leaders and boards of organizations, agencies and affiliate groups in the Greater Fall River area, managed the organization's consistent branding and promoted awareness of Partners health initiatives through social media, web and public relations.Greater Fall River Partners for a Healthier Community includes organizations and community members working to improve the health and well-being of Greater Fall River.

Created and implemented a social media strategy for the purposes of volunteer recruitment and communication, established a GFRMRC Facebook page and educated staff about Facebook basics, and assisted with volunteer recruitment strategy as needed.

Mentored a first grade student once a week; built a trusting relationship and helped her develop literacy skills.

As a lecturer at UMass Dartmouth, designed and instructed a freshman English course (English 101), and worked with students to increase writing proficiency and understanding of college-level writing.
