Through The Cramer Institute, served as facilitator and coach on an ongoing basis. Joined facilitation and coaching team for annual senior leadership team offsites and coached senior leaders attendees in preparation. Designed and delivered programs program for VP level and above.

For multiple years and in an extensive capacity, consulted with TALX and Equifax. Consultant and coach working with leaders and managers to shift mindsets and enhance management and communication skills and provide tools and processes for leading to higher levels of performance. Worked within customer service and sales divisions, as well as all supporting functions throughout the company. Measurably improved customer service results as well as enhanced sales and client support and retention.

Designed and delivered leadership development programs for management as well as designed and delivered accompanying motivational and skill building programs for sales representatives. Led and facilitated large group sales events with objective to inspire and train.

Designed and delivered mentor and related mentee leadership development programs. Facilitated pilot mentor/mentee development programs and created train-the-trainer materials to enable Bunge, N.A. to prepare leaders to deliver the program on an as needed basis.

Over a series of years and in and in an extensive capacity, consulted with Head of School, Matt Gossage, and the administrative team on all aspects of designing and implementing a parent partnership program. This included: designing and facilitating custom annual strategic planning session for administrative team; conducting a series of focus groups and interviews with constituents (parents, faculty, etc) to understand challenges to partnership; defining "flashpoint issues" that challenge parent partnership; and, consulting with each Division Head over years to design custom solutions around parent partnership project. Projects includes: delivering Courageous Conversations training program for administrative team as well as parent groups and faculty. Designed and co-facilitated all-faculty/administrator — with hundreds of attendees — full day development program focused on asset-based thinking tools and principles for handling challenges. Designed and delivered multiple large-scale community building programs utilizing innovative ways to bring people into conversations about challenging issues. Faculty feedback, as well as parent feedback, indicated these were the most meaningful conversations - between parents and faculty - they had had to date. Assisted with preparation for ISAACS review. Provided coaching and consulting to administrators as needed. Drafted and presented partnership program overviews and conducted multiple meetings "enrolling" people in the process.

Various consulting projects over the years including: designing an interactive orientation process including self-directed learning working in teams. Worked extensively with ITLT division to bring asset-based thinking principles to life in client support as well as in team and management development. Designed and delivered customized training and development programs delivered over a period of several months. Designed and delivered keynote talks on Courageous Conversations. Designed and delivered a series of group experiences based on asset-based thinking principles including: changing the way you see yourself; changing the way you see others; and, changing the way you see situations.

Designed and delivered a customized strategic planning session for the board. Completed needs assessment and worked with the head of school to create a compelling and transformative offsite with key administrators among other constituents.

Designed a new and customized performance management process based upon asset-based thinking and positively psychology principles. Also facilitated diversity training programs.

Consulted extensively with MasterCard International reporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Jeff Struve, who was in the process of developing a new learning and development organization for MasterCard International’s Global Technology and Operations business. Consulted with Jeff to create an internal function that could lead the organization from a training mentality to one focused on individual and group or team development and effectiveness. Served as the designated consultant to draft the strategy and assist in its implementation.Assimilated the ideas and needs into a strategic plan and then helped sell and implement the concept to what was an initially skeptical management team. Jeff Struve described the results this way: "Beth's courage, flexibility, drive and energy ensured a successful launch of a new way of learning at MasterCard."

Formerly Boatmen's Bank and Boatmen's Bancshares.Managed training department that served 13,000 employees. Served as Organizational Development Consultant for holding company as well. Designed training curriculum and training programs. Delivered training and facilitated programs. Consulted with business divisions to maximize productivity while building morale. Focused on: management development, change management, leadership development, sales skills, customer service, managing diversity, inclusivity, performance management, talent management, targeted selection, team building, conflict resolution, motivation, pipeline, group process, employee satisfaction, and more. Enjoyed working with the great minds and the hard-working people of Boatmen's!

Designing and delivering programs to accelerate fast-track new hires' abilities to take on significant parts of the business. Two-week to one month long programs delivered in the US, Europe and Asia. TTT prepared team of 90+ facilitators and instructors to deliver program content. Entered Citicorp as a Management Associate in the Executive Development Center. Specifically was on the team that designed, developed and delivered and oversaw all aspects of the crown-jewel, $2.5 million, international program — covering 17 functional areas, corporate culture and all aspects of leadership development. Worked with internal subject matter experts and outside consultants to support program development and instruction.• Delivered behavioral simulation, a fictitious company the size and scope of Citibank. Program achieved 100% participant satisfaction rating.• Designed and managed delivery of five Train-the-Trainer programs and a two-week program for 100 participants from 15 different Asian countries. Achieved 96% program satisfaction rating.• Facilitated Ethics in Business game, Financorp Behavioral Simulation, Feedback Sessions to name a few.

Joined the Citicorp management training program. Worked on the Management Associate Development Program which was attended by the high potential population across the United States and around the world. Served on the design team for the program working with the subject-matter experts for each of the 17 functional areas as well as all other components of the program. Also participated in the ongoing Human Resources Management Associate Program hosted and managed in the New York headquarters.Was promoted at the end of the multi-year program.
