For many, the path to association management is not linear. My path has woven me through a background in meeting planning, event management, business development and leadership training, coupled with an MBA with concentrations in marketing and organizational management, but most importantly, an interest in continual learning. Being able to support and guide associations in a variety of industries feeds my life-long leaner goals.
