I have substantial experience in commercial and industrial property transactions and projects, having been a member of the Corrs Real Estate team since 2006. With a strong interest in major pre-commitment and other commercial office leasing in both Melbourne and Sydney, I have supported large entities including Australia Post, SEEK, Arup, Transurban and Corrs to secure their head office requirements in recent years. I am well equipped to provide industry leading support to clients throughout the entire leasing process. In addition to preparing best-in-class agreement for lease and lease documentation and negotiating with counter parties, I am also experienced in tendering, bid evaluation and negotiations with bidders as well as post-execution contract management support. I also have extensive experience in complex lease assignments, subleases, due diligence, property sales and acquisitions and property development.
