Rogerson is a network of innovative, accessible, affordable housing and services for elders, persons with disabilities, and the working poor in the Greater Boston area. In my new role I am responsible for the implementation of the nursing documentation and clinical compliance at Rogerson's Adult Day Health Programs; participating in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facilities quality assurance program for the Nursing Department; and assisting in the development and training of onboarding procedures for current and new staff.

GROW Associates provides supports to adults with developmental disabilities in the form of Day Habilitation, Community-Based Day Services and Supported Employment. Similar to a school nurse, I am responsible for episodic care, health screening and advocacy for over 200 people. Two years ago, I obtained my certification in Developmental Disability Nursing (CDDN) through the DD Nurse's Association.

Recent contracts have included medical devices for breast cancer screening and a treatment for gliomas. I have performed device training at initiation visits, AE coding, and site prequalification. However, those of you who know me, know that I'm capable of so much more!

• Identified potential vendors and developed Preferred Vendor database. • Developed and formalized departmental systems and procedures.• Managed site payments. • Managed investigational product: emergency shipments; study product potentially compromised by improper storage conditions; relabeling and drug recovery efforts.• Initiated, tracked and maintained amendments to Clinical Trial Agreements.• Worked with sites to facilitate data submission.• Conducted training at Investigator and Study Coordinator Meetings.• Maintained ongoing communication with the Sponsor and clinical sites and attended all project meetings as a core team member.
