I am a former teacher, bank teller, Risk Operations Analyst, and Personal Assistant. There is no greater feeling than that of helping people and animals. Assisting a family with the day to day functions of life and caring for their pets and home was an extremely rewarding experience for me. It fired up a passion for dogs that I knew I had, but didn't know how strong it was. I have extensive experience in client services, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong written and interpersonal communication skills. I've dealt with parents, children, administrators, customers, management, and colleagues, as well as have the ability to interact with people from all socio-economic backgrounds. I am extremely empathetic and have a high emotional IQ, which benefits me, as well as others, in the customer service business. Over the last 20 years, I have learned the value of maintaining confidentiality, improved my ability to multi-task and prioritize, expanded my knowledge of technology, and increased my research and data entry skills. I love to learn new things and show my creative side. I embrace change and will be the first to say, "Sure, let's try something new!"I believe that the combination of skills developed throughout my career and range of interests would allow me to thrive in most any work environment. I enjoy working alone or in a group, but I love being part of a team, building bonds and lasting friendships. Besides a passion for people, I have a deep love for animals, with a special place in my heart for dogs. I enjoy any opportunity I am given to combine this love with other interests such as photography, writing, and technology.All I wanted to be when I grew up was Wonder Woman. As I got older, I realized that being a "super heroine" was not a viable option for a career. So what else could I do to help others, that didn't require a lasso of truth and an invisible airplane?
