• Coordinating the work operations of all crew vehicle drivers, boat drivers, fuel, diesel and engine oil clerks and beach master to ensure that the goals for the Transport department are being met.• Monitoring to ensure that vehicle drivers, boat drivers, fuel, diesel and engine oil clerks and beach master carry out their duties as indicated in their job description, and as expected by the Company.• Liaise with the Company mechanics to ensure that all faults in Company vehicles and boats are repaired as soon as possible.• Ensuring that fuel, diesel and engine oil are made available for use before working hours on daily basis.• Ensuring that all transport department facilities, equipment, utilities, stationery and structures are available, well maintained and properly used.• Carrying out monthly transport department staff verification to ensure that all workers who are paid for the previous month are authentic workers who have signed contracts with the Company and whose contracts are still valid.• Monitoring the consistency of hired vehicles and boats attendance.• Ensuring that CASHES standards with respect to client and the Company are maintained.• Ensuring that the Company’s safety standards and operating policies as indicated in the Transport department Project Management System are adhered to by the Transport Department staff.• Ensuring that all drivers, vehicles and boats hold valid licenses.• Participating in the updating of the Transport department COPs.• Ensuring that all vehicles and boats are serviced as at when due and maintained to Company’s standards.• Training vehicle and boat drivers; ensuring that all transport departments staff are fully conversant with the Transport department Project Management System.• Obtaining and filing copies of LPOs for the repair of vehicles, boats and other Transport department facilities before and after approval.• Attending monthly HSE, transport and crew performance improvement (PIP) meetings.

• Prepares purchase orders for the procurement of local materials as stated on the materials requisitions forms.• Gets approved vendors from QA/QC dept and Liaise with vendors for the prompt supply of quality materials requested for smooth running operations.• Ensures that vendor prices are competitive and quality of materials supplied meet the requesting department’s specifications/standards.• Liaise with all heads of department for required specification of materials before initiating the process of material requisition.• Prepares request for quotation (RFQ) through SAP and distribute to all registered company vendors.• Prepares purchase orders through (SAP) for the procurement of materials as stated on the request for quotation forms

Liaising with department heads in the preparation of materials requisitions for all parts and equipment.Checking for discrepancies in materials received against delivery notes and outward manifest. Issuing Procurement Incident Report for incorrect items.Assist department heads in establishing a realistic minimum/maximum warehouse stock of all shut down or critical items.Provides Fixed Asset Register information to department heads.Performs inventory cycle count and maintain the physical inventory in the warehouse.Maintains accurate records of received and outstanding requisitions.Ensures that all spares in the warehouse are properly and safely stored, in particular, those such as BOP consumables, TDS spares, IRON ROUGHNECK spares, SCR spares or electronic components which require dark and/or air conditioned storage and hazardous goods such as paints which requires separate storage.Liaises with the rig manager, chief mechanic and chief electrician for a comprehensive material planning before the spudding of every well.Receive materials into the warehouse stock and issue parts to departments as needed.Secure the warehouse at all times and restrict access to non-authorized personnel

• Coordinates the mobilization and demobilization process of personnel/tools to and from rig operations.• Coordinates the maintenance of vehicles and other mechanical and electrical plants by ensuring that preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment are properly maintained. • Tracks measurement While drilling tools (MWD) in use in different rig locations.• Prepares daily fuel consumption report to ascertain the running cost of all company vehicles, plant and machinery.• Ensures that all MLWD and DD tools are correctly loaded onto their respective labeled tool baskets/boxes as per the mobilization sheet provided by both the directional drilling and MLWD coordinators.• Tracks re-certification dates of equipment, tools and lifting gears with the computerized preventive maintenance system and ensures prompt re-certification.
