From the opportunity to lead a gifted corporate HR team to working with ARA leadership to ensure our talent strategy aligns with our current and future business needs to solving some tough HR and business problems, there is never a dull moment. Our HR team is responsible for aligning talent policy and practice with our company mission, strategic direction, and guiding principles and I gladly assume responsibility for key Human Resources programs including benefits, compensation, performance management, recruiting support, training and development, and rewards. We also strive for optimum results in employee relations and compliance matters. Before joining ARA, I worked as the Assistant Vice President and HR Specialist in Human Resources for Charter Bank*Mortgage*Insurance for over four years. I began my HR career at the Hyatt Regency Hotel Albuquerque as an HR Intern and Employment Coordinator.
