I have over 20 years experience of working as a fundraiser, working for organisations as varied as Birmingham Women's and Children's Hospital, MNDA and The Orchard Project. Prior to this, I was the CEO of The Women's Resource Centre. As a Quaker, working at Quakers in Britain allows me to put these years of experience and skills in Fundraising to good use for a cause I believe deeply inIn addition to fundraising, I also work as a coach. I was drawn to the principles of Co-Active Coaching, completing my training with CTI in March 2007 and gaining my CPCC accreditation in Jan 2009. In June 2009 I completed their year long leadership programme. I am one of a handful of people in Europe who has trained with Wendy Palmer to become an accredited Leadership Embodiment Trainer. I regularly run leadership embodiment workshops in London.I provide coaching to a range of people in different situations including people who are unhappy in their job/work but don't know what to do now, and women trying to decide whether to have children or not. I have been featured in national media including The Times, The Observer and have appeared on BBC Women's Hour programme.
