With over 20 years of progressive HR experience, I am always looking to push myself whenever possible. I have been an HR champion in service industry, manufacturing, distribution, long term and behavioral health as well as the hospitality industries. I have previously led HR teams from start up to fully developed teams. I love to come in and learn about a new company and learn what their true needs are from not only management but from front line employees as well. HR should be the heart and soul of a company. We should lead by example and be transparent. I bring to the table over 20 years of progressive HR experience with strengths in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Policy and Procedure development and implementation, FMLA and Work Comp project management...to name a few.
