Teaching the graduate level project management course at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University.

Provides primary oversight of the Ohio 4-H Foundation board, develops and implements a robust alumni engagement program, organizes College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences board engagement and assists with the development and management of CFAES Volunteer Leadership boards. Collaborates with various colleagues across campus to develop and grow 4-H alumni engagement.

Leads coordination of logistical planning as assigned for centrally managed 12 large (800+attendees) and many small recruitment events and outreach programs for freshman and transfer students for the Office of Undergraduate Admission at The Ohio State University; manages the events reservation system and the visits reservation system and supports users of it; identifies and schedules facilities and caterers; manages six figure event budgets; identifies and implements efficiencies; leads logistical support of college sessions for on campus recruitment events; coordinates logistical planning with select partner offices (Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Multicultural Center, Honors and Scholars, Student Financial Aid and Study Aboard); collaborates and builds relationships with faculty, staff, students and alumni to facilitate and enlist participation in programs; hires, trains and supervises the Events staff and a select group of volunteers to support large on-campus events; supports athletic hosts program; develops event training materials for students and staff; analyzes and summarizes event evaluations and creates reports; manages the event evaluation report production; provides feedback and event summary reports currently 95% of attendees respond that they were satisfied or very satisfied with the experience; implements logistical improvements as directed based on evaluations; manages the tracking of event expenditures, represents UAFYE at campus events, meetings and committees.

Coordinate the schedule of the Provost and manage communications with faculty, administrators, staff and students. Prepare materials for the Provost. Compile and maintain data for the academic division. Manage budgets and accounts for the Provost. Request and compile all materials for dossiers for all faculty reviews as well as aid the review committee in assuring procedure is maintained. Plan and coordinate special events for the Provost and the academic division.
