Lead a non-profit organization that works with the Chinese government to develop and empower human recourses for international cooperation and public diplomacy. Work closely with APEC, ASEAN, G20, and UN to provide training courses, overseas programs, and human resource services across Asia-Pacific and Europe, have empowered over 3 million youth globally.• 10 years’ experience in international cooperation with public and private sectors, rich connections in government, academia and industry (attended 50+ international meetings)• Founded and run an APEC youth program MODEL APEC for 11 years (and still on), a government awarding youth project and APEC Best Practice that engages over 200 schools and over 3 million youth participants• Invited as the Executive Secretary-General of APEC Women Connect (2018-2019), an APECproject that aims at motivating and empowering women entrepreneurs via digital transformation• In partnership with 200+ universities, 50+ government and NGOs, 80+ corporates in 10+ countries• Provide training courses and lectures on international cooperation for government, corporates and over 40 universities since 2013, published the book “Internalization and the Future Leaders (2015)”

Secretary General of APEC Women Connect, a non-profit project under the APEC Business Advisory Council that aims at building a community to motivate and empower young women to embrace entrepreneurship via digital platforms and through sharing, learning and awarding. It has gained enormous recognition and support from the leaders in the APEC and was included in the annual recommendation to the APEC leaders for two consecutive years. Events of APEC Women Connect include: APEC Women Leadership Forum, APEC Women Luncheon, APEC Women Connect Youth Conference, APEC Women Entrepreneur Campaigns and University APEC Women Connect Entrepreneurial Center (7 in mainland China).
