I am passionate about addressing the challenges of health and wellbeing which led me to setting up my own Allied Health company over 15 years ago. I still get such a buzz out of helping others to rise above their challenges and embrace life. Recovery Station started with me, working with a tape measure and a catalogue from the boot of my car, to having over 110 allied staff. We are now a market leader in the high growth Sydney to Hunter corridor. I think there are a few keys to my success.• I value my staff and they know it. • Relationships are at the centre of everything It do.• I love what I do and convey that energy to my clients, staff and the network around me.• Innovative approaches to providing quality health and wellbeing services by adopting a more consistent, evidence-informed approach.I do love my work, and knowing I am making a difference by improving the lives of others. Naturally, to make sure I can work at my best, I take some time for me, too.I love fitness and spending time outdoors. I have been a keen horse rider most of my life and of late I have run half marathons, been sky diving and completed the Three Capes Walk in Tasmania. In summer, I enjoy taking my boat out on Sydney Harbour and on Lake Macquarie.
