Beth Haden’s practice is focused on the representation of lenders and borrowers in lending transactions. She has significant experience in assisting clients with all phases of a financing, from the structuring of a deal, to drafting and negotiating the required documentation, and handling complex closings, through loan enforcements and workouts. She regularly represents clients in single-bank, club and syndicated credit facilities, with areas of emphasis in commercial and industrial, real estate, unsecured, agricultural, construction, and asset-based loans.
