I enjoy working in a "Realtor consultant" capacity with my clients by listening to their needs and concerns, while at the same time giving them options, advice, and my opinion based on a background of 23 years as a licensed Realtor with experience in thousands of transactions as a buyer's agent, seller's agent, landlord, and rehabber, to guide them to a decision that is best for them. I utilize the latest technology, market research, and business strategies, and pride myself on handling all of the details of a transaction from the beginning to the end so that the entire process is enjoyable and stress-free for my clients. My ultimate goal with each client is to create a lifetime relationship built on trust and mutual respect.I am a life-long Memphian and graduated from White Station High School and then the University of Tennessee, Memphis with a degree in physical therapy. I enjoyed a previous career in healthcare as a licensed physical therapist, and obtained my real estate license in 1998. I am a full-time Realtor and list and sell residential homes throughout the Greater Memphis area. My husband, Doug, is a licensed General Contractor and together we own Halbach Residential Solutions / HRS Construction. HRS Construction specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodels, but can help with any of a home's needs including inspection punch-lists, painting, replacing exterior rotten wood, and all types of flooring (installing and refinishing nail-down or glue-down hardwood floors, luxury vinyl plank/LVP, tile, laminate flooring, etc). We also own 18 rental properties, manage rental property for others, and are experienced in "flipping houses" and renovating houses, which gives us a unique and multifaceted perspective and approach when advising our clients.
