• Manage the relationship with all the base organizations involved in supporting Microsoft Software & Systems Academy (MSSA). The organizations are the Installation Command structure, the Transition Center and the Education Center• Support each cohort virtually through the full MSSA life cycle -- from marketing, recruiting, application and enrollment to course participation, course completion and coordination for interviews. • Coordinate with the Microsoft Military Affairs team in regard to the cohort mentor program, cohort interview preparation and the cohort class project.
