After providing HR consulting services for Synergy over the last three years, I've officially joined as an employee of the company. Very excited to work with the partners and employees to continue to make Synergy a great place to work!

As an independent consultant, I help businesses optimize their HR function at a strategic and operational level. My main focus is driving retention and growing profits by creating a great relationship between employees and leaders/owners through strong leadership, values-based company culture, and an excellent HR infrastructure to best support that.

As a Certified Integral Coach, I work with individuals to help them resolve issues that have them feeling stuck in life or have them wanting something beyond where they currently are in life. Integral Coaching is about creating new space, new perspectives so that change has room to occur. Using Eastern and Western influences and sources, Integral Coaching brings a person's whole self to life - to move from judgement to compassion, for resistance to acceptance, and from dislike to loving to ourselves on a completely different level.

As part of a global team of Senior Leaders, I lead participants and team volunteers by example to ensure that we meet the standards and vision set by Tony for his events. This role falls under the "whatever it takes!" category of energy, enthusiasm, and skill to bring the best possible experience to our live event participants.

As Program Manager for YEA! Chicago in the 2018-2019 program year, my focus was to bring an exceptional experience to our students as they transitioned from student to entrepreneur in this unique after-school program for girls ages 11-18. Rebranding our program, creating our website, designing new marketing materials, creating a new student program binder to facilitate student learning, and using technology more effectively to capture student assignments were among my key accomplishments. In addition program management, I was acting Instructor in the second half of our program. For the first time in our chapter's history, 93% of our students were eligible for the local YEA! competition. It was a breakout year for the YEA! Chicago program...one which ran successfully at all levels and delivered for our students, their parents, our community partners, sponsors.

Hired by GETCO in 2007, the innovator in global electronic trading, I oversaw the Human Resources function day-to-day operations, and with my Leader, set HR strategy in this dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure work environment. Over the course of my tenure with GETCO, we grew our HR Team to 22 people globally and created a best-in-class work experience for our employees through our programs, benefits, communications, and focus on leading from the values of the organization. I created, led, and implemented the shift from a PEO relationship to selecting and implementing premier benefits, technology, and workplace programs that best served the organization and associates. Driven by core values and a philosophy of respect and care for every associate in the company, GETCO continued to attract and retrain top talent until they reorganized in mid-2013 after acquiring Knight Capital Group, reforming in July 2013 as KCG. From June 2012 through January 2013, I acted as Interim Global Head of Human Resources to oversee and lead our HR Team and function until our new CHRO was selected and hired. From January 2013 until leaving in August 2013, my focus was the integration of our culture, systems and management and retention of associates as we acquired and merged with Knight Capital Group, effective July 1, 2013.
