Growing a team of capable Team Leaders and Educational Service Representatives for over two decades with PaperPie has been amazing. Our mission: We gather for good around literacy and learning. Due to our unique position in the community where we can assist schools, libraries, and families, we can make a quick and lasting impact like no other company or agency can. We simply must get more books into the hands of children in their homes.As a recipient of the President's Award, I hope this is just the beginning of a lifetime of helping people raise readers, start their own businesses and develop leaders. I have trained hundreds of Brand Partners, nurtured their businesses and teams and helped to inspire them to see a vision for their future. Along the way, I have organized and implemented many forms of training to include countless regional trainings, coaching calls and onlinr trainings. I have also implemented Social Media Marketing Strategies to support my business. Due to my leadership skills, I have been asked to speak at our National Convention many times. I have been awarded various honors including many incentive trips as well as many individual and team sales and recruiting awards. Prior to my time with PaperPie, I had experience in retail management and various customer service and sales fields.My goals are to continue implementing streamlined strategies to grow my team and create a system for every aspect of my business that can be duplicated.
