· Led team of 20 individuals from entry level Strategists to Premium Account Managers. Team managed the communication and fulfillment for over 300 accounts ranging from $100 to $200,000 in revenue per month.· Handled client concerns, including managing largest client while filling Premium Account Manager position.· Dealt with all hiring and firing needs for the team, as well as setting career goals for my team members. Met 1 on 1 biweekly with each team member, setting goals, and assisting in hitting those goals.

Built a Customer Service team that started out with 10 employees, and grew up to 30 employees. The goal was to be the face of the company, and assist the Account Management team.We managed the relationship with our clients, and assisted in showing the value of OrangeSoda to their companies.

This is a personal endeavor. At some point in my future I would love to have a business that I could sell my pieces.
