Beth Bristol is an accomplished and passionate leader in higher education, with over 20 years of experience in various roles at Babson College, the leading institution for entrepreneurship education. As the Associate Dean of Graduate Administration, she oversees all student service departments in the F.W. Graduate School of Business, ensuring operational excellence, academic quality, and student satisfaction.Beth collaborates with faculty to operationalize their curriculum, identifies areas for new academic programs, and leads strategic initiatives to support the College's mission and vision. She also engages with internal and external stakeholders and partners, leveraging her skills in public speaking, data analysis, and nonprofit management. She holds a PhD in Higher Education from University of Massachusetts Boston, where she researched curriculum development, adult learning, assessment and policy development. She is a recipient of multiple awards and honors for her contributions to the College, such as the Nan Langowitz Women Who Make a Difference Award and the Above & Beyond Award.
