Over the past 20+ years, I have been involved in HR strategic planning, HR department development and implementation, several acquisitions, plant closings, overseeing multiple state and international locations, 20 years payroll management (ADP, EZLabor, and in-house systems), compensation and benefit negotiations and administration, union avoidance, organizational development and enhancements, employee relations, ISO implementation, facilitation, and training.
