Oversee a staff of over 200, including project managers, engineers, architects, contract administration, resident engineers, inspectors and change order specialists.ACCOMPLISHMENTS:Restructured the Capital Delivery Department to better align with organizational and department goals, providing a clearer understanding of expectations and greater accountability for meeting performance metrics. Obtained an extension to the December 31, 2018 deadline for implementation of PTC and was one of only nine (9) passenger railroads to receive an extension to December 31, 2020 prior to the end of 2018. Awarded over $1.8 Billion in new capital construction contracts in three years (FY17 - FY19) as compared to $260M awarded the prior three years (FY14 – FY16).
