Oversee a staff of over 200, including project managers, engineers, architects, contract administration, resident engineers, inspectors and change order specialists.ACCOMPLISHMENTS:Restructured the Capital Delivery Department to better align with organizational and department goals, providing a clearer understanding of expectations and greater accountability for meeting performance metrics.
